: What You Will Do
Workshops
We run one-off workshops in schools all over the UK. These take place during the school day and during term time only. We take groups of children (usually in year groups) and create a fun session that creates a fun environment to boost their confidence and empower them.
Sessions are typically for one day and include 4 one-hour workshops. An overnight stay may be required the night before the workshop depending upon location. This will be arranged for you.
A good hourly rate will be paid together with mileage expenses.
You will need your own car, stereo and a DBS check. We can arrange a DBS check for you if you don’t currently hold one.
Essential – competence in at least one Street Dance style.
This will be on a self-employed basis and is ideal for teachers seeking flexible work.
: What You Will Do
Weekly Classes
Weekly classes take place during the academic term time and are generally based in South Bucks, but we do a have a few opportunities in Berkshire and Hertfordshire too. We teach all ages ranging from 7 years old to adults and all abilities from beginner level to advanced.
Classes take place Monday to Friday (no weekends). You can choose how many days you wish to commit to teaching classes, but you need to be able to commit to that once agreed.
You will need your own car, stereo and a DBS check. We can arrange a DBS check for you if you don’t currently hold one.
Desirable – competence in different Street Dance styles (Breaking, Locking, Popping, Hip Hop and House) but consideration will be given if you are experienced in other dance styles as we will support you with training in Street Dance styles and the methodology we use to teach our students.
The administration for all our classes is handled centrally from our office and you will communicate with the Class Manager to ensure that all queries and issues are managed effectively.
